• Spring Polish Picks •

Spring is the time to throw all your dark berries and plums into the back of your drawers again, because pastels and brights are back - and they're here to stay. So i thought i'd mention few of my favourites that i will be sporting this season.

• Rose Gold: Three Things •

Rose Gold is a very popular colour amongst many. It's a nice alternative for typical gold, although i must admit i probably prefer simple gold, as i think it suits my hair colour a lot more. I have a couple of rose gold things that i wanted to tell you about today, so here they are.

• Stipple, stipple •

A lot of you have probably heard about Real Techniques brushes - really great good-quality makeup brushes at an affordable price. I have quite a lot of Real Techniques brushes, but for some reason i never thought i needed this exact brush. The other day i picked it up on a whim, and now I don't know what i was doing without it.

• The Wishlist #1: Spring Edition •

Ugh, stock photos. Anyway, today i wanted to share with you a few items that are on my beauty / fashion wishlist at the moment. A lot of these are pretty expensive, and many of these are quite hyped up but i thought i'd go through them anyway.

• TheBalm, A Mask •

When i saw that the Balm came out with a haircare range, i honestly couldn't contain my excitement. I love their makeup products, and was excited to try a thing or two from this line. I've also been wanting to try a hair mask to deal with my frizz and so when i received the En Root Conditioning Treatment Mask from Aerin for Valentine's Day (no boyfriends = best friend gifts, probably better than the gift i would've received from a boyfriend..) and i was very thankful. Here are my thoughts.

• The Spring Trends •

I'm not really one to keep up with the trends too much - there are always so many new launches and styles coming and going that it can be hard to keep track. But it's always nice to know what's "in".

• Everyday Essentials •

Mascara and Deodorant. Two very essential products in my eyes. I don't think i've gone a day without one of them in a long time. These two i've been using for a few weeks now, and definitely in my good books.

• Shampoo, Conditioner, etc. •

Am I the only one who get's so sick and tired of those tiny hotel shampoo's and conditioners? They're honestly only enough for  one shower, and so I like to bring my own. It also happens that i'm going on a school camp this week, and so I thought it would be a good opportunity to share with you what i'm bringing shower-wise.

• Sharing the Love •

One thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love reading blogs. Although i do love a good book, i feel like blogposts are so lovely when they're short and sweet, and mostly about what i love. I do have a blog roll of most of my favourite blogs that i follow, but i thought i'd sum up a few i've been loving recently for a good ol' read. And it's International Woman's Day, so give these ladies some love!

• Happiness •

Happiness. It's a funny one really. There are so many different meanings of happiness, and you won't find someone else feeling the same happiness as you are. According to Wikipedia, happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. This basically means that it really doesn't matter where you are physically, what you are doing or who you are with, but more the way you translate this into your head. Happiness can be a confusion, sometimes you are so caught up with constantly saying that your happy that you realise you're not, or that your sad when in reality - you're not. A lot of the time people take happiness for granted (including me). Happiness isn't always about a particular memory. Sometimes i remember having a great time, but never really remember what was happening or what went through my mind.

• Simple & Affordable •

Simple Makeup is definitely my favourite. Minimal and neutral is probably my go-to look for most days if i'm not doing anything special. These two products fit perfectly into that category and are definitely my favourite ones at the moment.

• Quesadillas ~ My Style •

Okay i may have gotten the recipe from a cookbook (Roald Dahl to be exact) but still, they're something i eat literally all the time, they're so simple and verryy delicious. These are really great to share, for parties or even just for yourself. So heres the recipe!
